Customers start by working with our sales staff in the showroom or online to find flooring products in the color and style that perfectly accents their home. Once products are selected, if measurements are needed, sales representatives use blueprints or go to the jobsite and perform a professional and accurate measurement and double-check any other details that might be needed to complete the job correctly. With this information, sales representatives prepare a price quote. Once approved, the product is either pulled from our warehouse or ordered from our distributors. When the project is ready to begin, materials are delivered to the jobsite by our warehouse staff. In the case of a hardwood delivery, the sub-flooring’s moisture levels are checked to minimize the possibility of product damage or warping. When the jobsite is ready, DirectSource has a network of installers who specialize in hardwood, stone and carpet with high quality standards to get the job done the right way, the first time.
